About this role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to Receive and inspect all spare parts based on the Purchase Orders and update ERP system accordingly in order to control Store’s transactions. Report damaged or out of specs Local spare parts to CBU and foreign ones to Purchasing officer to take necessary actions. Issue spare parts based on Parts and Service Requisition Form and update ERP system accordingly in order to control Store’s transactions. Conduct yearly physical Store Inventory and relay the file to Accounts for tallying it with the system’s inventory for accurate stock monitor and highlight on variances. Prepare Packing Slip based on Invoice & delivery details. Maintain proper 5S conditions inside the Store.
