NOV is seeking an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. In this newly created role, you will partner with senior business and HR leaders to develop effective, data-driven hiring strategies that support workforce plans and business growth. You will lead a geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team and oversee recruitment for technical, commercial, operational, corporate, leadership and high-volume positions across diverse markets.
