About this role
Risk Manager establishes and leads Nokia Defense risk management function. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating primarily security related risks across the organization, while embedding a structured and proactive risk culture. Risk Manager also holds a coordinating role in Business Continuation Planning activities. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure risks are managed effectively across operations, technology, compliance, and security. Risk Manager reports to Director of Security and works closely with Information Security, Personnel Security and Senior Management.
