About this role
Our Payroll Office is looking for a Business Analyst, Payroll who will be responsible for supporting payroll operations by troubleshooting system and data issues, responding to employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation of payroll processes and system changes. Supports KPI tracking and reporting to ensure service level commitments are met, and serves as backup for payroll system testing, validation, and user support during upgrades, enhancements, and process changes.
