About this role
The General Manager: Finance Business Partner Francophone will partner with the VP Francophone and Executive Business Finance, and the operational (Opco) leadership teams to achieve the strategic and operational goals of the markets. To proactively engage senior business leaders; enabling and influencing decision making to achieve optimal financial performance. The incumbent will provide insightful financial and operational input and provide advisory expertise on business initiatives, challenge key forecasting assumptions and deliver expert financial analysis of key risks and sensitivities. The role will also serve as a liaison between Opco , regional leadership, and Group. To improve efficiency and productivity, the General Manager Finance Business Partner will steer allocation of resources as per the Group capital allocation framework, embed financial and corporate governance where applicable, improve the internal control environment and drive overall business performance per ma
