PEGA Developer Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform. • Work on PEGA PRPC, case management, workflow automation, and business process management solutions. • Develop and configure Pega rules, flows, integrations, and UI components. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and application support activities. • Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards. Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Platform development. • Experience with Case Management, Workflow, Decisioning, and Integration Services. • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and application integrations. • Good understanding of Pega architecture and framework design. • Relevant Pega Certification (CSA/CSSA) preferred. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Agile delivery environments. • Exposure to Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services domains.
Education : ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC with min of 6+ Years of relevant experience.
