About this role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an internal colleague to take on a Subject Manager’s post within the Assessment Development and Delivery (ADD) team. This is a great chance to enrich own professional development within the IB. Successful applicants will be required to ensure reliability, accuracy and fairness in assessment through a mixture of the target language and English. They will manage international teams of senior examiners and be responsible for all assessment related activities of these teams including examination paper authoring, standardization and grade award. The post holder will also work closely with other departments of the IB, particularly those within the Education directorate and may occasionally represent the IB at international conferences and events.
