About this role
The Gears Process Coach is a key operational leadership role in the IEPC plant (Production Department). It is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of 10 to 30 unionized operators and production technicians in the gear areas (Green/HT, Hard, and Ring). This role is the owner of daily execution on the production floor, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, cost, and maintenance objectives, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and coaching.
