The Powertrain Delivery Excellence & Transformation Supervisor is a people leader role based in Dearborn, MI, reporting directly to the Powertrain Programs Delivery Chief and part of the Global Manufacturing Engineering organization. Leading a dedicated team of 5–6 professionals, this position is responsible for driving the standardization, operational excellence, and strategic transformation of the end-to-end Powertrain Program Delivery lifecycle—from early concept and strategy through to production. The role focuses on establishing a robust operating model, implementing advanced visual governance systems, and driving cultural change across Global Manufacturing Engineering and global program teams to deliver a dramatic leap forward in how we execute new programs.
