About this role

This role will sit between the Capability Leads (Strategy) / PM (execution), and the ongoing Delivery Operations (Coordinators). They will really be a bridge between where a program is handed off from the PM team to the Coordinators. They will manage the Coordinators and be responsible for making sure that the PM team hands off programs correctly - ensuring tasks are defined, documentation to support the programs is in place, etc. They will manage the Coordinator team and be responsible for directing their daily work and priorities. Initially, there will be a good amount of work setting up processes and workflow between the client the PM team and the ongoing support from the Coordinators. US based resource working remote with GP and client team on East and West coast.
