We’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our group of civil engineers in the Central region of the US! In this role, you will join multi-disciplined teams in the planning, design and construction engineering site-development projects for our wide range of municipal and private clients. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
• Assisting with the preparation of site plans, technical reports, design drawings, contract documents, cost estimates and permit applications for projects • Development of land development plans and attendance at municipal meetings • Linear infrastructure (piping, forcemains, drainage) design for various sites • Navigating local, county, and state regulations and permitting requirements • Provide mentorship and develop junior engineers Successful skills & qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Current Professional Engineer (PE) license (in Texas) preferred or ability to file for licensure within 1 year • 5-10 years of project experience in land development, specifically around linear infrastructure; experience in multiple states a plus • Familiarity with engineering modelling software including: HydroCAD, SewerGEMS, HEC-RAS • Knowledge of engineering drafting software by Autodesk (Civil 3D) and ability to work closely with CAD professionals • Experience with presentations at zoning hearings and other public meetings If you’re interested in pursuing this opportunity, please submit your application below!
