About this role
The Ambulatory Clinical Nurse provides specialized nursing support and care coordination for pediatric cardiology patients in an outpatient setting. This position is responsible for managing patient care through telephone triage, clinical communications, medication management, and coordination of services with providers, patients, and families. The role offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for remote work following successful completion of training. This position is full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with no weekends or holidays.
