Responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality, Risk, and Governance frameworks across We One. The role ensures the organization operates with robust enterprise risk management, ISO-aligned quality systems, and data-driven performance management, while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital enablement. The position plays a critical role in embedding a culture of quality, risk awareness, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, enhancing customer satisfaction, and positioning the organization for excellence recognition (e.g. EFQM, quality awards).
