About this role
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the workforce. The incumbent ensures HR operational excellence by overseeing onboarding (including PRO and visa processes), payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Additionally, he will act as a strategic partner in HR digitization, managing internal/external audits, and leading a team of HR professionals to align with DP World’s global principles of safety, sustainability, and customer-centricity.
