About this role
• Drives strategic quality projects. Particularly high impact 6-Sigma projects. • Leads quality related to continuous improvement projects. • Works with internal/external departments, suppliers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met and that products conform to quality standards. • Aligns and approves improvement actions and directs the activities of the quality department staff. • Coaches/Trains people on 6 sigma approaches and tools. • Establishes zero defect and 6 Sigma culture in Cohu.
