Position Summary As a key leader on the American Centrifuge Operations, LLC senior management team, the Director of Project Controls plays a pivotal role in driving the success of ACO’s most critical initiatives. This is your opportunity to build and lead a high‑impact Project Controls Organization within the Project Management Office—one that ensures our projects are delivered with excellence, precision, and forward‑thinking strategy. In this role, you will guide the development of best‑in‑class project management practices, champion a unified project management framework, and equip teams with the tools, training, and systems needed to execute confidently and consistently. You’ll oversee core functions such as project scheduling, baseline management, performance reporting, and earned value analysis—enabling ACO leadership, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors to make informed, strategic decisions.
