You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Greet and engage customers with a friendly and professional attitude. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely responses. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive outcome. • Provide product/service information and recommendations based on customer needs. • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions. • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering loyalty. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our offerings. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools. • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and trends. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
