We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Gratuity, for our clients nationwide. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with various teams, staying updated on regulatory changes, and ensuring accurate and timely compliance. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients' payroll operations and enhance your expertise in statutory compliance.
• Manage and oversee statutory compliance processes for PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Gratuity across India. • Coordinate with client teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with regulations. • Stay updated on any changes in statutory requirements and communicate these to the team. • Ensure accurate and timely submission of compliance-related documents and reports. • Monitor and analyze compliance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. • Provide support and guidance to the team on compliance-related queries and issues. • Maintain records and documentation as per company policies and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure seamless integration of compliance processes. • Conduct periodic audits and reviews to maintain high standards of compliance. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in compliance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll operations or statutory compliance management. • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations, particularly PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Gratuity. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Proficiency in using MS Office and payroll software. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Willingness to stay updated on changing regulations and industry best practices. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
