As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your impact will be felt across the organization, as you contribute to our overall customer satisfaction and retention goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction. • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. • Provide information about our products and services, tailoring your approach to each customer's needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Identify and address customer pain points, offering solutions and improvements. • Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction. • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
