Location: Hyderabad Type: WFO Process: Zepto Education: HS Language: English and Hindi Job Responsibility 1. Collate data & prepare Manual file as per timelines and Maintain Database. 2. Ensure data facilitates & drive key decision points for process improvement & new initiatives. 3. Ensure accuracy & validity of data 4. To help in collation and preparation of data to enable analysis & decision making 5. Maintain data Privacy 6. Lead, manage and motivate a team of 25 CSA’s 7. People Management/ People Development, Attrition and Shrinkage 8. To contribute towards Process improvement, Suggestion and Value adds to the process 9. Experience in sales will get priorityQualification Criteria • Class 12 • Average PMI (last 3 months)/PMS rating 3 and above • 6 months as 1A • Overall experience in digitide should be 1 year • No Warning Letter issued in the past 3 months
