Barrick is looking for a Metallurgy Advisor to join to our process team. This person will be responsible for guarantee the safe and efficient management of the metallurgy operations, the production metals accounting, the process control development, the continuous improvement programs and related projects with the purpose of guaranteeing in a continuous way the taking of samples, the analysis and the accounting required for the metallurgical circuit. leading and optimizing the metallurgical performance of the PV plant, including all circuits across the Upper, Middle and Lower benches. This role involves full time technical leadership, detailed process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to ensure maximum production, recoveries, efficiencies, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
