• Lead the development of an integrated enterprise view of organizational effectiveness across BNY, connecting employee listening, culture, manager effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce outcomes. • Define and drive BNY’s enterprise listening strategy across the employee lifecycle, integrating signals from surveys, hiring, onboarding, development, learning, performance, retention, exits, and other employee experience touchpoints. • Bring a product-oriented mindset to organizational effectiveness by shaping the roadmap for listening tools, leader insights, manager resources, dashboards, and self-service experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and action-oriented. • Partner closely with People Analytics to define the business questions, hypotheses, analytics priorities, and insight needs required to build a more integrated view of the employee experience. • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve listening, open-text analysis, signal detection, manager enablement, and organizational decision-making. • Translate complex employee and organizational data into clear, compelling insights, executive-ready narratives, and practical recommendations that help leaders take action. • Build persona-based insights across key employee groups, including managers, early career talent, locations, functions, business groups, and other priority cohorts. • Help embed BNY’s principles into day-to-day leadership and management practices in partnership with Internal Communications and Talent Strategy. • Develop scalable playbooks, toolkits, and action-planning resources that empower managers, site leaders, and business teams to strengthen culture locally. • Lead targeted organizational effectiveness diagnostics to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, employee experience, manager effectiveness, culture, and ways of working. • Support the design, testing, and scaling of culture and listening pilots that can be translated into repeatable enterprise practices. • Establish governance, measurement, and reporting mechanisms to track organizational effectiveness priorities, actions, outcomes, and progress over time. • Help ensure appropriate guardrails for employee listening and insight work, including confidentiality, data privacy, responsible AI use, and ethical handling of employee data. • Operate as a collaborative enterprise integrator across Corporate Affairs, the People Team, Finance, People Analytics, Talent Strategy, Internal Communications, HRBPs, and business leaders.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 12+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, employee listening, employee experience, people analytics, culture transformation, talent strategy, management consulting, or a related field. • Experience designing, leading, or scaling enterprise listening, employee experience, culture, or organizational effectiveness initiatives in a complex organization. • Demonstrated product mindset, with experience building scalable, user-centered tools, programs, frameworks, dashboards, or enterprise capabilities. • Strong fluency in AI, people analytics, workforce technology, and emerging approaches to employee listening and organizational effectiveness. • Ability to partner effectively with analytics teams to translate business needs into data questions, insight roadmaps, dashboards, and actionable outputs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources and translate insights into practical solutions for leaders and employees. • Experience using employee listening, lifecycle, qualitative, and quantitative data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for action. • Strong understanding of responsible people-data practices, including confidentiality, privacy, governance, and ethical use of AI-enabled insights. • Proven ability to operate in highly matrixed environments and drive outcomes through influence, partnership, and collaboration rather than direct authority. • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex insights into clear narratives for senior leaders. • Experience building manager-facing enablement, action-planning resources, toolkits, or change activation approaches. • Ability to connect employee experience, culture, and organizational effectiveness to business performance and workforce outcomes. • Strong curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to experiment, iterate, and build new capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced degree in business, organizational psychology, behavioral science, HR, analytics, or related field preferred.
