About this role
The Planning Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning maintenance operations of the concentrator plant such as inspection, planning, scheduling, preparation, predictive and material management of maintenance. He/she will ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of all equipment and systems, involving these planning maintenance teams, developing and implementing maintenance strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Manager will work closely with engineering, production, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
