About this role
The Maintenance Manager E&CI is responsible for overseeing the execution maintenance operations of the concentrator plant focused on instrumentation, control, LV and MV electrical disciplines. He/she will ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of all equipment and systems, involving E&CI execution maintenance teams, developing and implementing maintenance strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Manager will work closely with engineering, production, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
