The Third Shift Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sanitation processes and managing team members within a designated area of a facility. With a strong emphasis on safety, this individual must ensure that all equipment and surfaces in their area are maintained in compliance with FDA regulations. The supervisor is accountable for providing machine specific training to new associates and delivering ongoing performance feedback to direct reports.
