About this role
The objective of this role is to support the FP&A function in delivering accurate and timely financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting, while enabling data-driven decision-making for business stakeholders. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for analyzing financial performance vs. plans, driving variance analysis, improving reporting efficiencies, supporting cost optimization initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance financial discipline, governance, and overall business performance.
