The London School of Commerce (LSC) is one of the largest and most reputable education providers in the United Kingdom. The LSC Group has campuses at multiple global locations. LSC is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join the Examinations Department at our London Campus.
Responsibilities to include:
Prepare examination timetables, seating plans, room allocations and invigilate examinations Assist with academic misconduct investigations, document preparation, and records monitoring Process students’ marks and progression paths Update students’ portal with necessary exam related information Liaise with academic staff, invigilators, and students regarding assessments’ arrangements Produce statistical reports and examination data for management and external stakeholders Monitor the progress of marking and moderation of assessments to meet the relevant deadlines Help to prepare for various exam boards Continuously review and improve examination administration processes Assist in the general administrative functions of the School
Essential Skills/Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification Experience managing high volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy Experience working to strict deadlines and managing multiple priorities Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, including the use of formulas, functions (such as VLOOKUP formula), filtering and sorting, conditional formatting. Previous experience in a similar Examinations Officer or examinations administration role within an educational institution (desirable)
Work ocatlion: In office 5 days a week (not a hybrid)
