About this role
The Wrestling Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach by helping plan and conduct practices, developing wrestler skills, and assisting with match preparation and team supervision. This role involves encouraging sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success while helping maintain equipment and ensuring compliance with school and athletic regulations. The assistant coach also assists with administrative tasks and communication with athletes and parents. Prior wrestling experience and required clearances and certifications are preferred.
