About this role
The Girls Track Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in managing the girls' track and field program, assisting with practice sessions, event-specific training, and meet preparation. The assistant coach helps promote a positive and inclusive team environment, encourages academic and athletic growth, and ensures compliance with school and athletic association regulations. Additional responsibilities may include supervising athletes, managing equipment, and supporting communication with families and staff. Prior experience in track and field, strong interpersonal skills, and required clearances and certifications are preferred.
