Duties include organizing practices, developing game strategies, mentoring student-athletes, and fostering teamwork, discipline, and academic success. The coach ensures compliance with school and athletic association regulations, coordinates with assistant coaches, and promotes the program within the school and community. Strong leadership, communication skills, and previous coaching experience are essential, along with all required background clearances and certifications
