About this role
The Girls Basketball Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the basketball program, including planning practices, developing player skills, managing games, and maintaining team discipline. This role involves working closely with student-athletes to encourage growth both on and off the court, while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork. The assistant coach also helps with administrative duties, scouting, and communication with families and school staff. Previous coaching or playing experience is preferred, along with the necessary background clearances and certifications.
