• Masters Degree in Audiology from a recognized/approved training institution.
• Appropriate licensure and endorsement from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners or active Certificate of License in Audiology, State of Iowa.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
