Field Hockey Assistant Coach – Chichester School District The Field Hockey Assistant Coach supports the head coach in all aspects of the program, including planning and conducting practices, developing player skills, and preparing the team for games and competitions. Responsibilities include assisting with drills and strategy, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, ensuring a safe and positive environment, and supervising student-athletes during practices and events. The assistant coach will also help with equipment management, communication with players and staff, and adherence to district and athletic department policies.
