Girls Soccer Assistant Head Coach – Chichester School District The Girls Soccer Assistant Head Coach works alongside the head coach to support all aspects of the program, including organizing and leading practices, developing player skills, and preparing the team for games and competitions. Responsibilities include implementing drills and game strategies, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship, and maintaining a safe, structured environment for student-athletes. The assistant coach also helps coordinate team logistics, communicates with players, parents, and school staff, and ensures compliance with district and athletic department policies.
