JOB SUMMARY The Instructional Coach supports teacher growth and student achievement by providing job-embedded coaching, modeling high-quality instruction, and facilitating professional learning aligned to district goals. This position will have a strong emphasis on strengthening instructional practices in Math and ELA across all grade levels, while also supporting overall instructional improvement.
