Position Summary: To provide high-quality learning opportunities and instruction to elementary students and foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Qualifications:
• Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsements.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with students.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
Reports To:
• Principal
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective instruction aligned with state standards and curriculum guidelines.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that is conducive to student learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Assess student learning and provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely records.
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
Terms of Employment:
• Full-time position
• Salary and benefits as per the district's salary schedule
• Employment is considered at-will and subject to annual evaluation.
• Above state teacher salary schedule
• 100% District paid retirement.
