The Alta-Aurelia Commuinty School District is seeking an Assistant High School Boys Track Coach for the 2026-2027 track season. The successful candidate will assist the head coach in organizing and supervising all aspects of the high school boys track program, including practices, meets, conditioning, skill development, and athlete supervision. Responsibilities include promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character while supporting student-athletes academically and athletically. Applicants should possess strong communication and leadership skills and be able to work collaboratively with coaches, athletes, parents, and school staff. Coaching authorization or appropriate Iowa coaching endorsement required.
