Coach Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive program for youth athletes
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
• Provide individual instruction and feedback to players
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of players
• Motivate and inspire players to reach their goals
• Organize and lead practices, games, and other activities
• Ensure safety of players at all times
• Monitor and maintain equipment
• Maintain records of player attendance and progress
