Job Opportunity: Full-Time School Nurse – Aplington-Parkersburg CSD Are you a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a difference in the lives of students? Aplington-Parkersburg Community School District is seeking a Full-Time School Nurse to join our team! Location: Aplington Hours: 7:50-3:30 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and health assessments.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student wellness and safety.
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Promote a healthy school environment through education and prevention programs.
Qualifications:
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for working with children and adolescents.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
