About this role
A Low Incidence Classroom is a highly specialized educational setting designed to support students with low incidence disabilitiesdisabilities that occur infrequently in the general student population and typically require intensive, individualized instruction, specialized materials, and support from trained staff. These classrooms are most often self-contained, meaning students receive the majority of their instruction in a smaller, structured setting separate from general education classrooms. Students should participate in general education to the maximum extent appropriate with their general education peers.
