The Castleford School District is looking for one full-time and one part-time food service positions that could turn into full-time positions. We operate on a four-day school schedule, Tuesday-Friday. These positions are flexible with different time allotments to work with schedules that people may have within their lives. The successful applicant will help to create an environment for students that is happy with preparing, presenting and serving food as needed.
Duties include but is not limited to prep work (washing, peeling, cutting etc. fruits and vegetables, following recipes with correct measurements of ingredients, woking with equipment, pans and work stations in accordance with safety standards, storing food in designated areas while paying attention to food safety and rotation procedures, clean and sanitize work stations equipment and utensils, ensures compliance with service standards and inventory, and performs other duties as assigned.
