• Organize and oversee competitive matches, tournaments, and team events that motivate students to excel
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment by implementing behavior management strategies and promoting respect among players
• Collaborate with school staff to coordinate schedules, communicate team progress, and support student-athletes' academic responsibilities
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, encouraging personal growth, discipline, and teamwork
• Maintain equipment inventory, ensure proper court maintenance, and adhere to safety protocols during all activities
Experience
• Previous coaching experience in sports such as tennis, basketball, cheerleading, or martial arts is highly desirable
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques to foster positive team dynamics
