About this role

Position Summary: The Success Coach Interventionist is responsible for supporting positive student behavior and social-emotional development for students in grades K–2. This position works collaboratively with classroom teachers and administration to provide proactive behavior interventions, assist with classroom management, and support students in developing skills necessary for academic and personal success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct behavior support and interventions for students in K–2 classrooms. Assist teachers with implementing behavior strategies and maintaining positive classroom environments. Support students in developing self-regulation, conflict resolution, and social-emotional skills. Monitor and document student behavior patterns and progress. Provide individual or small-group support for students with identified behavioral needs. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, intervention staff, and administration to implement behavior support plans. Reinforce school-wide expectations and positive behavior systems. Build positive relationships with students and families to promote student success. Perform additional duties as assigned by administration. Qualifications: Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant educational experience preferred. Experience working with elementary-aged students and behavior support strategies preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively as part of a school team.
