Position Title: Director of Special Services
Location: Office of Student Services and Planning
Pay Scale/Salary Class/Days: Administrative Pay Scale / Grade 37 / 240 Days
Requirements: Must hold a Master's degree in educational administration or a related discipline and be certified by the South Carolina Department of Education, or be eligible for a certification permit in the area, and meet annual permit renewal requirements to add the certification field in full. Five years of teaching and/or administrative experience. May require a valid state driver's license.
Description: Under limited supervision, oversees the planning, development, organization, management, direction and implementation of all aspects of student services programs of the school district.
