Student Growth

• Use a variety of formative and early literacy assessments to monitor progress and guide instruction. • Provide targeted small-group instruction to support skill development and close learning gaps. • Participate in data team meetings and PLCs to reflect on student progress and strengthen instructional practices. Leadership Development

• Model and teach responsible, respectful, and safe behaviors in a nurturing classroom environment. • Foster independence, confidence, and positive social skills in young students. • Encourage students to take on age-appropriate leadership roles within the classroom and school community. Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with grade-level teammates, instructional coaches, and administrators to support student success. • Build strong, positive relationships with families and maintain consistent communication about student growth and needs. • Actively contribute to school culture through the Ridgewood House System and community events.
