About this role
The Building Substitute position is located in Kingston Elementary School in Kingston, MA and reports directly to the building principal. The building substitute reports to school each day The building substitute is deployed by the principal to cover teacher absences and address the staffing needs of the building. This teacher is responsible for:
• teaching all subject areas
• collaborating with colleagues
• being flexible as the responsibilities can change daily.
It is expected that the candidate:
• be a certified teacher.
• support students academically, emotionally, and behaviorally.
• able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
