Job description: St. Paul's Lutheran Church and School's Before and After School Program is looking for childcare assistants for the 2026-27 school year. Hours available are 6:50-8:20 a.m. and 2:50-5:45 p.m. Schedules can be flexible. Responsibilities: - To provide a safe and secure environment - To provide the tools for learning with a balance of developmentally appropriate activities and materials - To be a good role-model who will enjoy actively engaging with children and encourage freedom with responsibility - To value parents as partners in their child's education Qualifications: - Experience working with children - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues - Must be at least 16 years of age and willing to undergo a background check Job Type: Part-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): What are your career goals and objectives?
