OPEN UNTIL FILLED Estimated Start: Immediately Location: Pasco County Coverage Non-Instructional Non-Bargaining (NNB) 245 Days Per Year 7.5 hours a day Full Time, Benefit Eligible JOB SUMMARY Provide monitoring and technical assistance of school food service operations to ensure program compliance and maximum operation efficiency. Apply conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving techniques when dealing with school FNS personnel issues, and work with school administrators as needed. Responsible for overseeing the productivity and performance of assigned sites in accordance with School Board policies and procedures, state regulations, federal Child Nutrition Program regulations, and Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) guidelines EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE Associate degree from an accredited institution in the field of Food and Nutrition, or related field • Three years' experience in school food service management, food service operations, or related experience • OR • Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS Possess a valid food safety manager certification (i.e. ServSafe, Always Food Safe, etc.) or obtain it within six (6) months of hire.
