What You Would Do:

• Provide services and participate in educational evaluations for students who have a medical diagnosis of physical disability.

• Address educational needs that support students full access and participate in activities similar to their classmates.

• Consult with the educational staff who work with a student with a physical impairment and assist classroom teachers in setting realistic expectations

Position Details: FTE: 1.0 Start Date: New Staff Orientation begins August 25, 2026 Salary is based on Local 2209 Salary Schedule A: $51,349 - $101,853 (depending on experience and education) Tier 3 or Tier 4 P/HD license may be eligible for a $3,000 signing and retention bonus! Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

• Current teaching license in Physical/Health Disabilities (P/HD), OR a valid license in another subject area & willing to get an Out of Field license

• If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2 Teaching License in P/HD
