June 15, 2026 A N T I C I P A T E D V A C A N C Y The following position may be available for the 26-27 school year: Registered Behavior Technician Elementary Level Qualifications:
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification: required (or ability to acquire within 30 days)
• High school diploma required; 2+ years college degree, desired
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills
• Experience working with special needs students, desired
Requirements:
• RBTs will use ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies with students.
• Provide direct care to students in a one-on-one or group setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments
• Collect and record data on student behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the implementation of positive behavior support plans.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for students.
• Assist in de-escalation of students exhibiting behavior.
• Flexibly respond to building needs in the area of social, emotional and behavioral learning.
• Other duties as assigned.
